The service isn’t bad but if you’re a younger woman who doesn’t have about car maintenance then please don’t go by yourself they lied to me and told me I needed to buy a $400 battery from them and that they were the only ones that could put the battery in!! I later found out they lied to me just to make a quick buck! My bill ended up being almost $500 just the get a battery put in!!

I LOVE university tire on 40th. I’ve been taking my car for over 10 years now. As a young woman, many of my friends have experienced men being creepy or weird toward them at oil-change drive throughs, but the men at university tire have always been respective, professional, and kind. This really is a great business and I recommend everyone go there!

HONEST!! I thought I was due for an oil change but they alerted me I had 4,000 miles left before I needed to change my oil. They could have not said a word and let me pay for unneeded service. Thank y’all so much. Honesty is number 1 in my thoughts. I will always recommend them.

My five stars are for the oil change service guys. I consistently have a positive experience with them. They are respectful and do a great job. I feel confident that my car has clean, good oil and the right amount of it when I leave there. They also fill all other fluids. They don’t try to upsell me, either!

Reasonable price and good service they just need to start inspecting all steering components before doing the service because I was missing a bolt on my sway bar link and after my alignment I was wondering why when I turn it was a clunking noise and on the highway at high speed it was feeling like my truck was floating whole time my sway bar was detached on the driver side because I wasn’t aware of the missing bolt so I had to turn around and pay for another alignment so I wouldn’t take a chance ruining $600 a piece tires I had just installed on my truck for the alignment. Good service again just need to start inspecting all steering parts before y’all take the customer money and let us be aware of it before proceeding. Thanks.
